Delete your Farmey account

This page is how you request deletion of a Farmey account without logging in. Email us from the address on the account. We remove the cloud account and its profile data within seven days. Farm records live on the phone until you uninstall the app.

How to request deletion
- 1 Email weeraagriculture@gmail.com Use the same email address that is on the Farmey account (the one you signed up with, or the Google address you used to sign in).
- 2 Subject: Delete my Farmey account That subject is enough. Add the name on the account if you remember it.
- 3 We confirm, then delete We reply to that address, then remove the cloud account and its profile data within seven days of a valid request.
If you still have the app, you can also delete from inside Farmey after you sign in (you will be asked to confirm it is you). Email is the path that does not need the app, which is what this page is for.

Never send your password, OTP or payment information through this form. You do not need the password if you have lost access. Use the email or phone on the account.
What is removed
When we complete a deletion request we remove, from our cloud systems:
- the Firebase Authentication account (you will not be able to sign in with it again);
- the user profile (name, email, phone, role, Pro flag, and similar fields on that document);
- the profile photo we stored for you, if you uploaded one;
- the Expo push token stored against that account, if notifications were on;
- news bookmarks, likes and comments tied to that account.
If you never created an account, there is no cloud Farmey account to delete. You can still uninstall the app.
What is kept - or never left the phone
- Farm records on the device. Plots, cultivations, money in and out, tasks, and bills you attached are stored on the phone, not in our cloud ledger. Deleting the account does not wipe them. Uninstall Farmey (or clear the app’s storage) to remove them from that device.
- Plant Doctor history on the device likewise stays on the phone until you uninstall or clear storage.
- This website does not hold your account. A language choice in the browser, if you tapped EN / සිං / தமிழ், is only on this device.
- Support email. The deletion request itself is kept as long as needed to carry out the request and for ordinary record-keeping (for example to show we did delete when asked).
- Crash reports already sent to Sentry are kept only for a limited diagnostic window, not as a standing profile. New crashes stop once the account and app are gone.
- Legal leftovers. We may retain a minimal record that an account at that email was deleted, and any data the law requires us to keep, for as long as that duty lasts. We do not keep the profile in order to market to you.
- Backups. Copies in routine backups fall out as those backups expire. They are not used to restore the account.
Google Sign-In is Google’s account, not ours. Deleting Farmey does not delete your Google account.
Timing
Cloud deletion is completed within seven days of a request we can match to an account. There is no extra cooling-off period after that. In-app deletion, when you can sign in, removes the Auth account in that session after we sweep the reachable cloud data.
